Today I do 2 30 minute cardio sessions on my ski machine.&lt;br /&gt;I will be doing 3 upper body and 3 lower body workouts weekly. I use weights with this and gradually move up. I am currently using 5 and 10 pound weights.&lt;br /&gt;I will also be doing core work 3 times a week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And Sunday we rest!!!! I love Sundays.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These will be my goals.
