I have modified my work out to increase as my ability increases. Today I do 2 30 minute cardio sessions on my ski machine.
I will be doing 3 upper body and 3 lower body workouts weekly. I use weights with this and gradually move up. I am currently using 5 and 10 pound weights.
I will also be doing core work 3 times a week.
And Sunday we rest!!!! I love Sundays.
These will be my goals. I hope I can live up to my expectations of myself.
